Dream It. Do It. Champions are educators from high schools and career centers across the state who are committed to helping students understand the great careers available in Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics. This year we're aiming to have 100 Champions in places across Indiana. These Champions are focused on:

• Distributing Dream It. Do It. educational materials and creating other opportunities to inform students and fellow educators about careers in advanced manufacturing and logistics;
• Organizing classroom speakers, plant tours and other activities to provide first-hand experiences for students with today’s high-tech manufacturing and logistics industries;
• Ensuring a Dream It. Do It. presence at career fairs and other school events;
• Supporting the creation of advanced manufacturing and logisitics classroom programs (like Project Lead the Way, a high school-level engineering and applied math curriculum) appropriate to the industries; and
• Ultimately, driving enrollments in relevant post-high school education and training programs among students with an interest and aptitude for manufacturing and logistics careers.

Champions attend a series of educational seminars to learn more about advanced manufacturing and logistics from industry experts and share best practices on educational and promotional strategies.
