One of every five Hoosiers are employed in advanced manufacturing industries, but the jobs available have changed as well.  For previous generations, a high school diploma was sufficient for long-term job security at the local factory.  These days are gone – 21st century manufacturing demands high-tech skills and education or technical training beyond K-12.
